Return Policy

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• For hygiene reasons, opened beauty products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective

How to Return

1. Email us at sales@napt-uae.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
